The IFS platform offers a single point of access to a world of over 100,000 Investment Funds. Facilities offered include: funds issuance, settlement and custody, trading; portfolio management; securities financing, and reporting. Management of all the technology aspects of the migration of the acquired Hedge Fund management business. Specific responsibilities:

• Successful migration of: the trading and portfolio management, cash management application and fund accounting (Based on in-house development) from being hosted in Geneva to operating in Luxembourg;
• Following a rapid development approach (Agile) extending migrated applications to integrate with client’s back-end systems (NCCIP and BaNCS) for trading, cash management and settlement, based on web; SWIFT and FAX;
• Establishment of project governance with respect to preparation and execution of plans, weekly and monthly project reporting, risk, issue and change management; Planning and control of the information technology programme (Budget EURO 3.9 Million);
• Management of a project team of 30 people based across Europe: business analysts, software developers, infrastructure specialists, and testers;
